Escher Group confirms contract win is with USPS

17 February 2012 – Liam Church, the CEO of Escher Group, has confirmed that the contract win, announced on 8 February 2012, is with the US Postal Service (USPS).

USPS awarded Escher Group the contract to provide Riposte licensing, maintenance and services as part of their Retail System Software (RSS) project.

“We are delighted that after a detailed tendering process, the USPS chose Escher Group. Winning this contract – from one of the world’s largest postal authorities – confirms Escher’s position as the leading supplier of postal transaction messaging technology in the world today,” Church said.

The announcement closely follows other contract awards for Escher Group with ‘Haypost’, the Armenian national postal operator announced in December 2011 and with Saudi Post announced in January.
